AG Boutique Journey to Double Revenue and Passengers in 2026
With over 25 years of experience, AG Boutique Journey, the tour operator/DMC division of AG Group, exceeds 15 million euros in turnover in 2025 and forecasts 50% growth in 2026. Specializing in the tailor-made and luxury segment, Ag Boutique Journey designs leisure, wedding, MICE, and group itineraries with high experiential value, combining iconic destinations with lesser-known locations.
The product is developed by multilingual travel designers and produced through a select network of partners and suppliers, with à la carte concierge services and direct quality control throughout every stage of the trip. Distribution is primarily B2B, through agreements with leading tour operators and international consortia, commercial representation in key markets, and a presence on select B2B marketplaces dedicated to high-end incoming travelers.
International markets
The 2026 season is set against a backdrop of solid and diversified international demand, driven by Canada – which currently accounts for approximately 38% of the total – and supported by the markets of Ireland, the United States, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Overseas visitors — unlike the limited impact of guests from continental Europe, the United Kingdom, and the domestic market—are the main driver of constant product innovation. Their longer average stays (no less than a week), characterized by increasing mobility within Italy, are driving the evolution of the offering. While interest in major art cities remains a driving force, as is the desire to visit iconic destinations such as the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, or the Cinque Terre, the strong food and wine component of the program is directing travel itineraries ever deeper into the local area, thanks also to the long-standing collaboration with Slow Food Italy.
"Our focus on specialties, local products, and authentic experiences," explains Rocco Moscariello, director of AG Boutique Journey, "is the driving force and distinguishing feature of our offering. Today, it represents the foundation around which we craft complete travel packages for leisure, luxury, and weddings, as well as for groups and MICE. We manage every stage of the trip: from airport transfers to accommodations and guided tours. We also contract the suppliers involved, ensuring we have complete control over product quality and can create experiences that meet international market expectations."
