The story of AG Group is indissolubly linked to its Founder and President Andrea Girolami, a brilliant and visionary entrepreneur with a holistic approach to the hospitality industry. As a culmination of his long educational and entrepreneurial journey, Andrea Girolami founded RSI in 2000, a Tour Operator and incoming DMC that soon became one of the most dynamic realities in Italy.
In 2011, the Group entered the hotel sector with the acquisition of the first hotel, initiating a development plan shared with other partners, leading to the rapid opening of 16 hotels in the historic center of Rome.
In 2015, with comprehensive expertise in every aspect of hospitality, AG Hotel Consulting was born, a hotel management and consulting company specializing in management, revenue, reservation, marketing, and commercial services. It is currently a partner-consultant for over twenty-five 4/5-star properties nationwide.
In 2017, fueled by Andrea Girolami's profound knowledge and passion for the world of wine, Diana's Place Bistrot was opened in Rome, a wine temple with a unique gastronomic offer in an original location, serving as a meeting point between an Enoteca and a Bistrot.
In 2021, an important partnership with the international brand Hyatt Corporation began, involving The Tribune Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt, and the upcoming Thompson Roma Lifestyle hotel. An expansion plan and an increase in partnership structures are currently underway.
In 2024, Hotels Gest Italia S.P.A. is born, bringing together and coordinating all the hotels of AG Group.
AG Group, through significant investments in renovations and strategic acquisitions, has grown exponentially, representing a leading brand in tourism in Italy. New and important projects for the next 5 years have already been activated.
